Newlands Farm House is a traditional farm house with all the modern touches. The house has a garden that is planted with shrubs and flowers and has a brick-built BBQ with seating, ideal for your morning cuppa or to cook and enjoy a meal outside. The farm house garden has magnificent views over Scarborough bay and a private hot tub.

Kitchen and Dining Area

There is a dining area, with a table and chairs. The kitchens are smart and spacious and have beech woodwork surfaces; it is very well equipped including a deep Belfast sink, fridge, freezer, electric oven and hob, drinks fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Lounge

The lounge has comfortable seating, a wood burning stove, and smart curved TV/BlueRay DVD Player, CD player DAB radio with iPod docking station. The views from the lounge are over the sea and castle.

Other rooms

The house also has the benefit of a snug and a wetroom

Bedrooms

The farm house has a master suite with a zip and link bed which allows it to be a king size double or 2 large singles, the master suite also has a day bed which is a full size single bed as well as a generous bathroom. The ensuite bedroom also has a zip and link bed and a generous bathroom. There are another two bedrooms one with a zip and link bed and a twin bedroom.

The family bathroom with both bath and separate shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

Shared Facilities

For biking enthusiasts there is a good central bike maintenance and storage room and drying lockers for kit ideal for cyclists and walkers alike. There is also a dog shower with towels provided for drying too!
