Fern Cottage is a traditional cottage with all the modern touches. The cottage has a graveled courtyard that is planted with shrubs and flowers and has a fire pit, fire pit and seating, ideal for your morning cuppa or to cook and enjoy a meal outside.
There is a dining area, with a table and chairs. The kitchens are smart and spacious and have beech woodwork surfaces; it is very well equipped including a deep Belfast sink, fridge, freezer, electric oven and hob, drinks fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
The Cottage has a stone-flagged hallways and a downstairs cloakroom/WC. The hall leads to an open plan living room with comfortable seating, a wood burning stove-style electric fire, and a smart TV/BlueRay DVD Player, CD player DAB radio with iPod docking station.
Fern cottage has a good spacious bedroom which has a super king size bed (this is zip and link, and can be split to make two singles) plus a 3’ single bed.
The family bathroom has both bath and separate shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin.
For biking enthusiasts there is a good central bike maintenance and storage room and drying lockers for kit, ideal for cyclists and walkers alike. There is a dedicated dog shower with towels provided for drying too!
There is also a Hot Tub that you can relax in too enjoying views out over Oliver’s Mount, Scarborough Castle and out to Flamborough Head.
