We take great care in preparing our cottages so that our guests have a comfortable relaxing holiday. In each of our cottages there is Wi Fi, although due to our rural locations streaming can be slow and very occasionally it can be intermittent.
Kitchens are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, utensils, pans, baking trays, two tea towels, oven gloves, fridge, freezer, microwave. Hayburn Beck Farm house has a gas hob and electric oven all other properties have electric oven and hob. Each property also has a washer dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airier.
All beds are made up for your arrival, there is a bath sheet and hand towel per guest. Each bathroom has a bath mat (excluding wet rooms) down stairs loos also have a hand towel, there are toilet rolls and hand soap bathrooms and water glasses.
If you are visiting us for a celebration birthday, wedding anniversary, hen party or works Christmas party we can offer a decorating service including decorations, banners, balloons, Prosecco, celebration cakes and party teas to be there for your arrival.
